set of three CDs contains a practical study course
in the basics of psychic development. Each instructional
track gives background information relating to
the topic and explanations of why and how the
meditations work.
The first CD covers instructional information and guided meditation practice relating to what I call ‘Foundation Skills’. Foundation skills form the bedrock of responsible, controlled psychic practice. This includes breathing and centring techniques, awareness and control exercises to manage your energy space in relation first to yourself and then in relation to other people’s energies.
CD 2 addresses Cleansing and Protection, a subject that interests many people. Instructional tracks and meditations include several different cleansing exercises to be used in different kinds of situations. The basics of psychic protection are covered as well as meditations that allow the user to instantly block out others energies.
CD 3 introduces the chakras and their importance in energy development work and allows the user to progressively learn about the symbolism relating to each chakra as well as do a meditation on an individual chakra centre.
